FP&A Associate

We are looking for a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with 2–4 years of experience to drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will develop financial models, analyze KPIs, and create automated dashboards using Power BI.

• MBA in Finance and an Engineering degree or CFA.
• Experiencein a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Work with large datasets, automate financial reports, and create dashboards using Power BI
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning and operational efficiency
• Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze financial data
• Assisting preparing management reports, investor presentations, and board materials
