• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
• Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization is a plus.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Ind AS.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics for accounting and reporting.
• Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial data.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and oversee accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Ind AS, preparing financial statements and disclosures accordingly.
• Work extensively with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics for accounting, reporting, and financial management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform variance analysis and assisting budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and optimize financial models and reports using advanced Excel skills.
• Assist in audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial data analysis and reporting.
